OUR SOLUTION
AfM Technology GmbH can now offer a practical solution for the automated calculation of measurement uncertainties related to test characteristics, based on the validated simulation software of the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB).
The determined measurement uncertainty allows the accuracy for each test characteristic to be individually assessed.
