GaugeCheck enables the IATF 16949-compliant calibration of gauges in CNC pallet operation on ZEISS coordinate measuring machines with the CALYPSO® measuring software.
STATE OF THE ART
Conventional test equipment calibration requires a lot of time and personnel. Many years of experience in the correct use of measuring and test equipment is essential in order to keep operator influences on the measurement results as small as possible.
INNOVATION
The gauges are calibrated automatically in CNC operation in accordance with the requirements of IATF 16949 based on VDI / VDE / DGQ 2618 and DAkkS-DKD-R 4-3.
