AfM VCMM - User
Software for the automated and practical calculation of the measurement uncertainty of test characteristics for coordinate measuring machines in gantry or bridge design with workpiece temperature sensors integrated in the system.
The measurement uncertainty is calculated for tactile measurements of the standard geometry elements (single points, straight lines, planes, circles, spheres, cylinders, cones) and their connections.
The measuring points can be captured as singlepoints or by scanning using the manufacturer's measuring software.
The calculation does not apply to self-centering probing, evaluations of gear parameters and free-form surfaces.

Currently supported software solutions
Currently, inspection plans from ZEISS Calypso and Hexagon Quindos can be simulated.
Permissible tactile measuring head systems
VAST, VAST Gold, VAST XT, VAST XT Gold, VAST XXT. Rotary ables are also supported.
